Beef Barbecue Sandwiches
Ingredients
3-4 lb beef roast (bottom round or rump)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 Tbs worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup water
12 kaiser rolls
Procedure

The night before serving, place roast in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Cover; cook on low 10-12 hours.
- Also the night before serving, combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate 8-10 hours.

In the morning, shred roast with fork and return to to crock pot. Pour sauce over top and mix together. Heat on low until meal time.
- Serve on kaiser rolls.
