Broccoli Bacon Quiche

Ingredients

4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup fat free half & half
1 cup grated swiss cheese (low fat)
2 cup broccoli florets
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp lemon pepper

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp and set aside. Beat eggs with half & half and cheese. Stir in broccoli, slat, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble bacon. Stir 1/3 crumbled bacon into egg mixture.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Bat at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Top with remaining bacon.

Serves 4. Per Serving: Calories 210; Calories from fat 98(47%); Fat 11g; Carbohydrates 6g; Sugar 2g; Fiber 0g; Protein 21g
