Baked Custard
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cup fat-free milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
cinnamon
nutmeg
Procedure

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Pour into 4 ungreased 8 oz custard cups (or a 1 1/2 qt glass casserole dish). Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Place cups in a baking pan with 1/2" of water.
- Bake for 50 - 55 minutes.
