Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp vinegar
paprika

Procedure

  1. Cut hard-cooked eggs in half, remove yolks to a bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff yolk mixture into the egg halves with a spoon. Sprinkle with paprika.

Serves 6. Per Serving: Calories 97; Calories from fat 57(59%); Fat 6g; Carbohydrates 2g; Sugar 1g; Fiber 0g; Protein 7g
