Garlic Rice
Ingredients
1 clove garlic
2 tbs butter
1 cup rice
2 cups broth or water
Procedure
-
Saute uncooked rice and 1 clove of garlic, crushed, in 2 T of butter or oil until fragrant. Add broth or water and cook according to package directions.
