Ingredients

3 medium avocados
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup chopped onion
2 small chopped tomatoes
1 or 2 tbsp lemon juice
dash salt

Procedure

  1. Peel and smash avacados. Mix in cilantro, onions, and tomatoes. Add lemon juice depending on yoru taste. Add salt to taste.

Serves 10. Per Serving: Calories 107; Calories from fat 74(69%); Fat 9g; Carbohydrates 8g; Sugar 1.5g; Fiber 5g; Protein 2g
