Peach Apple Crisp

Ingredients

20 oz peach slices in light syrup
2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbs flour
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs margarine, chilled

Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease a 9x9 casserole dish.
  2. Combine peaches, apples, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. Toss well and spread evenly in greased casserole dish.
  3. Combine flour and sugar in a small bowl. Cut in margarine with two knives until the mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Sprinkle flour mixture evenly over fruit.
  5. Bake until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 minutes.

Serves 8. Per Serving: Calories 203; Calories from fat 64(31%); Fat 7g; Carbohydrates 33g; Sugar 18g; Fiber 2g; Protein 2g
