Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs
8 Chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless

Procedure

  1. In a pie plate or shallow bowl, combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  2. In a plastic bag, combine crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip chicken in butter mixture, then shake in crumbs.
  4. Place in an ungreased 13x9 inch baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixtrue. bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Serves 8. Per Serving: Calories 275; Calories from fat 132(48%); Fat 15g; Carbohydrates 3g; Sugar 0g; Fiber 0g; Protein 30g
