Reuben Sandwich
Ingredients
2 slices toasted rye bread
2 oz corned beef, thinly sliced
2 oz swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut
salt and pepper
Procedure

Butter the toasted rye. Place the corned beef and cheese on one slice of toast. Place under the broiler or in a toaster oven until cheese begins to melt.
- Remove from heat, add sauerkraut, and top with other slice of toast. Serve Hot
