Rhubarb Sauce
Ingredients
5 cup of rhubarb, cut into small pieces
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Procedure

Place fruit, sugar and cinnamon in a heavy saucepan. Cover and cook slowly until rhubarb is tender, about half an hour.
- Serve hot over ice cream, french toast, pancakes or cold in place of applesauce to accompany meat and main dishes.
