Hot Spiced Apple Cider

Ingredients

46 oz apple cider
3/4 tsp whole cloves
3/4 tsp whole allspice
1-3 in cinnamon stick

Procedure

  1. Boil, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  2. Remove whole spices before serving.

Serves 6. Per Serving: Calories 125; Calories from fat 4(3%); Fat .5g; Carbohydrates 32g; Sugar 0g; Fiber 3g; Protein 0g
