Taco Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 quart stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. large flour tortilla shells
1 1/2 lbs shredded cheddar cheese
Procedure
-
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add rest of ingredients except cheese and tortilla shells.
- Cut tortilla shells in half. In a 9x13 greased pan, layer tortilla shells, meat mixture and cheese, repeating 2 more times ending with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
