Vegetables are are a great source of vitamins and minerals. They are low fat and many have low amounts of sugar. Try to eat a rainbow of vegetables every day. Dr. Brewer recommended two servings of green leafy vegetables every day and a yellow or orange vegetable 5 times a week.
